Kaia Birth classes are held in a group setting, over a weekend in a beautiful calm setting.

Or online in the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
Ideally you will attend with your birth partner between 25-37 weeks gestation.

A big part of our course is ensuring your birth partner has the confidence and knowledge to be able to advocate on your behalf and correctly identify the stages of labour so they can encourage you to implement the natural pain-relieving techniques we teach in class.

We also teach you how to take control of each contraction (dilation and birthing) through the power of mindfulness and breathing techniques. i.e. we give you a toolbox for birth! We help you release any tension or fear you feel toward birth, and you leave feeling empowered, prepared and exited for your positive birth!

Birth is such an intimate and life changing moment and I would be absolutely honoured to be able to help you and your birth partner achieve your positive birth experience.

The course investment is $550. This includes your take home Kaia Birth Course Booklet, Birth Preference Template, Birth Bag Checklist, Essentials of Breastfeeding Online Course Access and ongoing support, as well as a light morning tea on the day. 

Do you prefer a one on one? No problem mama! 

You can choose to have your birth class as private sessions in the comfort of your own home via zoom.  Or at our studio on the Central Coast.
