My name is Sheraden,
I am a registered nurse, māmā of two girls and the creator behind
Kaia Birth.
It is my passion to support women through pregnancy and birth. One way I love to do this is by teaching and sharing the knowledge that undoubtedly enables mama’s to have an amazing and positive experience through birth and beyond.
I cannot wait to help prepare you for the beautiful journey ahead!

WHAT IS A BIRTH CLASS?
Kaia birth was created and designed to foster a comfortable and safe childbirth learning enviroment.
Together we will learn about the stages of labour, how knowledge is your power and equipping your birth partner with the same.
With birth preparation tools, understanding how creating a calm & safe environment and your breathwork, we can release natural endorphins, altering the bodies level of pain. Endorphins are 40 times stronger than morphine!
Learning how your mindset affects your birth - using positive affirmations and visualisation, learn how to alter your subconscious and prepare your brain’s response to a painful stimuli.
Thus, we are teaching you to use what you already have! The wonderful human mind, body & soul.
With these techniques, and further knowledge and tools, we work together to enable you and your birth partner to look forward to your birth without fear and achieve a positive birthing experience.
Remember, we are made to birth so let’s learn to birth without fear together at Kaia Birth classes.
